The stable are off and running after purchasing 2 outstanding colts early on Day 1.

Luckily for Lee the market was still a bit unsure when he picked up two great value colts. 

Lot 44 is a cracking sprinting type of Colt by the ill fated Son of Snitzel Time For War. He is directly related to top sprinters Flamberge & Doubtful Jack amongst 9 other stakeswinning sprinters in the second Dam. The Colt has a very relaxed and confident demeanour and was an absolute professional throughout his inspections and in the ring. A very exciting buy for the stable who have had great success with sprinters in the past. He was purchased for $110,000. (Pictured above)

Lot 50 is by the speedy and extremely well bred son of Encosta De Lago Rubick. Rubick is from the great Redoutes Choice dam line with 3 other stallions directly related to him in he second dam. He has been very well received at this sale so far fetching up to $450k. This colt is from the tough, sound & well loved Sydney mare Madam Nash. Madam Nash won 8 races in Sydney and is from a family littered win consistent strong winners. This colt was purchased for $100,000. (Pictured below)
