D’Argento – Spiced Delight Filly

We are delighted to offer our very exciting new grey filly, purchased last week at Magic Millions.

The filly was a standout to us in the sale having narrowed our list to just 3 yearlings from the catalogue. This filly, the sale topping colt and another that didn’t meet our xray criteria. We worked closely with Bloodstock expert Dane Robinson to select a filly that would fit perfectly in our team, looking for attributes that would give her the best chance of success, pedigree, style, strength, soundness.

This stunning filly represented terrific value which we are always conscious of finding. She comes from a solid 2yo producing family with all the 3 of the dams on her pedigree page featuring 2yo form either themselves or by their progeny. Her sire D’Argento won both of his starts as a two year old before going on to win a Gr1 Rosehill Guineas.

She is a big actioned filly that covers the ground very nicely. She has a terrific temperament which is a great attribute to have particularly when aiming for 2yo races. She is a filly that looks like she could race early and train on as an older mare.

She is currently at Newington Farm and has begun her education.

She is nominated and eligible for the Magic Millions race series which continues to grow bigger each year with more races and meetings added to the series and now in excess of $20,000,000 in prizemoney offered to Magic Millions eligible horses annually.
