This beautiful filly was selected by our team in conjunction with our wonderful clients Frank & Christine Cook. She was purchased at the recent Inglis Classic Yearling sale for $90,000.
She is lovely, balanced type of filly. Great mover with a very nice Japanese female line.
As with many of their purchases she will be offered as a Mystery Downs lease opportunity which means you can race her at NO CAPITAL OUTLAY. Just pay your share of the costs,
Approximate ongoing costs;
5% – $300 p/m
10% – $600 p/m
No Capital Outlay. A lease fee of 20% gross is deducted directly from prizemoney earned. THIS IS A BETTER THAN STANDARD INDUSTRY RATE.
To allow for the lease fee to be incorporated in your share you will be registered as;
5% = Pay for 5% of costs, registered and earn prizemoney as 3.83% owner.
10% = Pay for 10% of costs, registeredand earn prizemoney as 7.65% owner.
